PUD Investigation Concludes Human Error Caused Turbine Spin

Details are finally coming to light on an incident with a generating turbine at Rocky Reach Dam back in February. Chelan County PUD Commissioners were briefed this week on the unintended spinning of the rotor portion of generating unit C-8. Dan Langager reports.
