Youth Leadership Conference Coming to Leavenworth

On

the weekend of April 11 – 13th, the Wenatchee River Institute will host “Good

S.T.U.F.F.,” the area’s first youth leadership conference. S.T.U.F.F. stands for Sustainability,

Tolerance, and Understanding For our Future.

Organized by and joining us in the studio are  two

Leavenworth exchange students, Sarah Jaroush and Emmanuel Gaima, this fun and interactive workshop will bring

together high school students and exchange students from around the region.

Participating session leaders include Hana Butler from The

Ripple Foundation, Deandra Early from Wenatchee River Institute, Donte Quinine from Wenatchee Valley College and

Pastor Alex Schmidt from Faith Lutheran Church.

The workshop costs $55 and includes:

professionally facilitated sessions, adult supervision, lodging with host families for all those from out of town,

and food throughout the weekend. Registration is now open for youth of high school age. Visit
