Pac-12 Power Rankings Week 4: Utah continues to rise

Oregon stays on top of our power rankings after beating Washington State on the road. The Pac-12 went 4-0 in nonconference games in week four, with Arizona and Oregon winning the only league games of the weekend. Utah was the team of the week, traveling to the Big House and turning it into Rice Eccles East.
