Thunderstorms spark wildfires

Lightning from Wednesday’s storm set off numerous wildfires in

NorthCentral Washington. Robin Demario with the Okanogan and Wenatchee Natinal Forest described the fire activity

in an interview with Wenatchee Bureau Chief Steve Hair. Demario says Fire crews are either working on or en route

to the fires that are burning mainly in or adjacent to the Naches, Wenatchee River, Entiat and Chelan Ranger
