Supreme Courts Agrees to hear Obamacare Challenge

November 15, 2011

Washington Attorney General Rob McKenna joined the fight along with 25 other

states that are challenging President Obama’s overhaul of the health care system. Specifically, McKenna sees

the individual healthcare mandate, which goes into effect in 2014, as unconstitutional.

Yesterday the Supreme Court agreed to hear the lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the federal health

care law. Isaac Kaplan-Woolner called AG McKenna to get his reaction.
    McKenna, a

republican, is running for Governor of Washington against democratic representative Jay Inslee.
