Police Still Looking For Clues In Arson/Murder Leaving Two Boys Dead

August 08, 2011

Investigators say a fire that killed two young boys in Wenatchee earlier this week was probably

arson, and they’re still hunting for clues as to who did it.

Wenatchee Police Sergeant John

Kruse says a final decision about the fire will be made in a few weeks after samples are examined by the

Washington State Patrol Crime Lab. The bodies of the two boys, ages 4 and 6, were found on the ground floor

of the duplex that burned Thursday night.

house, the father of the two boys who died and is still in Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with serious burns

had nothing to do with gang activity in the area.

neighbors who may have seen something suspicious please share that information with Rivercom officials at 663-
