New Evidence in Cowell Murder

December 30, 2010

Police have added new evidence in their continuing investigation into the murder of MacKenzie Cowell.

Homicide Task Force spokesman, Doug Jones says the evidence could more closely link, Tessa Schuyleman, the female

suspect who allegedly rendered criminal assistance to Cowell’s accused killer Christopher Wilson. . .

Schuyleman was implicated as a suspect in the case after police retrieved cell phone images of her laying next to

a blood stained carpet inside Wilson’s apartment. She is also accused of lying to authorities when asked

about her knowledge of the murder suspect. Wilson is alleged to have murdered Cowell at the apartment last

February and then dumped her body along the riverbank in the Crescent Bar area.
