Today on the KOHO Arts Corner Isaac introduces us to a
Seattle band that appears poised on the cusp of a national breakout. They spent the last two summers racking up
high profile gigs at regional festivals and big name venues, and just signed with a national booking agency.
/> Ravenna Woods will be playing Saturday at 8pm at Caffe Mela in Wenatchee, with local 2012
Battle of the Bands winner Poor Folks Live Well opening the show.
Isaac called Ravenna
Woods front man Chris Cunningham to talk about the new EP, how to make it in music today, and why he shrugs off
the folk music label.
The interview starts off with a taste of Ravenna Woods
“Tides” off the new EP Valley of the Headless Men.
