Title: Balsamic Glazed

Ingredients:   2 salmon filets (about 4oz each)

    ¼ tsp salt
        ½ tsp freshly cracked black

        1 tsp dried rosemary

2 tbsp good quality aged balsamic vinegar   

    *I like to use Cinnamon Peach 18yr Aged Balsamic Vinegar

    2 tsp brown sugar

Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pat the salmon

filets dry with a paper towel. Rub the salt, pepper, and rosemary over the salmon. Let sit for 10 minutes. Place

the filets on a baking sheet and put into the oven for 6-8 minutes depending on how well you like your salmon.

Remove the salmon from the oven. Turn the oven setting to broil. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the salmon and

sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Place back in the oven and broil for 3 minutes, allowing the balsamic and brown

sugar to crisp a bit.
