Bike Park Breaks Ground Despite Loss of Budget

Mountain Bike Park has begun construction in earnest, with heavy machinery breaking ground for the first time



The project is moving forward despite Steven’s Pass corporate owner,

Harbor Properties, unexpectedly removing the $200,000 budget it had committed for phase one of



That left bike park overseers scrambling to raise the necessary cash in

just 60 days.


Marketing Manager Chris Rudolph said day tickets to ride the bike park this

season would likely cost around $20. There are already plans to expand to 5 trails next year.
