They’ve hit the smoking market by storm – they’re e-cigarettes, or vapor devices. They may not look or smoke like cigarettes, but some local health districts are raising concerns they may be just as dangerous. And to that end, Grant County Commissioners enacted an ordinance that restricts the sale and use of such e-cigarettes. Dan Langager has the details.
