Casacde Administrators Revamp Plans for New School Site

Cascade School District Superintendent Bill Motsenbocker tells KOHO ground-breaking for the new Osborn Elementary is still on for next spring, but the site has been moved slightly northeast to work around the city's plans to widen Pine Street by 60 feet.
