MEND Rethinks Housing Plans After Canceling Meadowlark

The doors shut on a proposed housing development in Leavenworth last week, after years of planning by non-profit Upper Valley MEND. Its board of directors has yet to decide on the future of the 23-acre property on Titus Road. They’ll spend the next couple weeks re-grouping, as Dan Langager reports.
