Temperatures and leaves drop, rain rolls through and the air gains a noticeable bite – all indications that the ski and snowboard season is right around the corner. And the folks at Mission Ridge Ski Resort cannot wait to open the slopes for veteran and novice snow-lovers. Their goal – the day after Thanksgiving. Obviously artificial snow plays a big factor in making that happen, a project that began this last week. Dan Langager has the details.
