New Marketing Campaign at Pangborn About to Hit the Ground

Thanks to a $200,000 grant from the Federal Transportation Department, the folks at Pangborn Memorial Airport, in conjunction with the Port of Douglas County and Sixel Consulting, will be launching a major marketing campaign to bring in new patrons to the airport and its services, as well as entice other airline companies. Jack Penning with Sixel Consulting and Craig Larsen with the Port of Douglas County stop by the studio to tell us all about it.


Special Election Day Today, Get Those Ballots In

Today marks the day that ballots here in North Central Washington have to be postmarked, or placed in an official ballot box by 8 p.m. Local school districts are asking for some significant funding to pay for maintenance, repairs and, in the case of Wenatchee, some major remodels. Our own Dan Langager filed this report to give you a quick recap of what's on the ballot for Chelan County.

Cascade Learns Live Connects Students and Local Businesses

'Fruit Loop' Fuss

Some controversy seems to surround bikers using county roads instead of Highway 2 to get from the lower to the upper Wenatchee Valley.
