Wild Huckleberry Salmon Recipe winner.

Could you post the winning recipe? It was a Lime/Cilantro/Maple concoction served with blue tortilla chips, is all I heard on the newscast where the winner was interviewed, but it would sure be nice if he shared that scrumptious sounding recipe for salmon.

Acorn Squash with Quinoa

Hello, I'm ready to try the Acorn Squash recipe this weekend. Where can I find it?

Thanks for all the great recipes and for making them local. I really enjoyed the segment about saving food this last winter.

I listen on my way to work and have already enjoyed it.
I also just signed up for the Farmhouse Table CSA program this year. Yay for REALLY fresh!
I dunno if you've done anything quite like this, but it'd be fun to hear recipes spotlighting a few of the things we actually received in our boxes that week. :)

the recipes are now updated each friday (by about noon) on the Local News feed. I will try to post them here in the archives as well.

Harriett's Egg Nog

When do you post the recipes from the Friday show? I know this one was a simple recipe, but in the car I can't write down anything!

Thanks for all the great ideas.

Tomato Sauce

Would this sauce be good to use for Tomato soup?

tomato sauce?

Hmm, are you talking about the tomato sauce Paul Roberts talked about? Any basic tomato sauce can be made into tomato soup by blending it to smooth it out and adding some cream (and maybe flour to thicken it up). Maybe we'll do a proper home made tomato soup some time soon.
