Winter Weather Forecast Calls for Meager Mountain Snowpack

Forecasters are expecting a milder than normal winter here in North Central Washington. The National Weather Service is coming out with its winter forecast and warmer than normal El Nino conditions in the Pacific Ocean could result in less snow in the mountains. Wenatchee Bureau Chief Steve Hair talked to Ron Miller, the Science and Operations chief for the National Weather Service office in Spokane . . .
