Each of us can be a resource to our neighbor's in need if we pay attention, listen, and refer victims for confidential help. The DSV center in Wenatchee is a a source of social services and confidential advocacy on the victim's behalf 24 hours a day for free. It is an expertly managed organization supported by generous local donors and grants.
