Three-Way Race for Wenatchee Mayor

will be a three-way race for Wenatchee Mayor in the upcoming election. On Friday two more candidates threw their

hat into the ring. Shilo Schauer and Jesse Widbey will be running against Frank Kuntz in the upcoming August

primary. Shauer, who currently works as a legislative aide to State Senator Linda Evans-Parlette, talked about her

campaign in an interview with Steve Hair . .
Meanwhile, Jesse Widbey is following in the footsteps of his

father and grandfather who also served as Mayors of Wenatchee.
Also there are six candidates vying for two

Wenatchee City council seats. Martin Escalera, Linda Herald and Ryan Fila are running for council position number

6 and incumbent position 7 council member Carolyn Case is being challenged by Drew Zabrocki and Bryan Campbell.

The top two vote getters in the August primary will advance to the General election.
