A biologist with the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife shares some good news today on the impacts of the Swakane Fire on the resident population of Big Horn sheep. . .Using Global positioning technology, Dave Volsen says the sheep have all been accounted for.Wenatchee Bureau Chief Steve Hair talked to Volsen.
In a report to be broadcast Monday on the KOHO Morning Show, Volsen will also explain how the sheep and mule deer habitat has been impacted by the 20-thousand acre Swakane Fire.
