Isn't this clear air in the Wenatchee Valley fantastic?

Don't get used to it.
Milepost Ten Fire officials say all that rain last night simply let the fire smolder, and will more than likely flare back up once temperatures increase and fuels dry out.
Fire Information Officer Sarah Foster says the official listed acreage for the Milepost Ten fire is just over 5,200 acres. Top priority today is keeping the fire contained on ridges just outside of Malaga. That might be difficult to do, since forecasts call for 20% chance of showers, and a red flag warning continues for winds, thunder and lightning through late tonight.
