State Tells Feds To Hurry Up Hanford Timelines

The state of Washington launched another legal shot over the bow of Washington D.C. last week, threatening legal action over timelines (or lack thereof) regarding the proposed vitrification plant at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation. KOHO’s Clint Strand talked with officials from the WA Attorney General’s office about the action they took, and how that might affect the timeline for the Hanford cleanup project.
