Occupy Wenatchee Protesters Picket Downtown

October 11, 2011

The Occupy Wall Street protests in New York City show no sign of slowing

down. And now the message is spreading far and wide. Isaac Kaplan-Woolner found a small group of Occupy Wenatchee

protesters waving signs and handing out flyers in front of the Bank of America building downtown. He asked a few

members of the protest what it was all about.
The group said they planned to continue to

picket against corporate abuses of power and economic inequality, and that they hoped to have a larger gathering

on Saturday as part of a global day of action.
