No Naming Rights Extension For Town Toyota Center Just Yet
February 06, 2013
Don’t break out the cigars just yet.
Town Toyota Center officials say while they’re close to a five-year extension with the Town Toyota Group for naming rights to the four and a half year old arena, home to the Wenatchee Wild there are still a number of details still to be worked out.
Town Toyota Center General Manager Mark Miller told KOHO the general parameters of the deal are there: 5 years, 800 thousand dollars. That’s less than the naming rights agreement for the last five years. That deal was worth approximately $1 million dollars.
Miller talked with Clint Strand on the KOHO Morning Show about the finer points yet to be worked out, and when we could expect the sound of popping champagne bottles near the riverfront.
