On Friday, The North Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce held their annual banquet. With a recent rapid growth in membership, the event sold out easily. Isaac Kaplan-Woolner went to find out more about the Hispanic Chamber, and the scholarships being funded by the annual banquet.
