Fire PIO Joe Anderson reports the Nahahum Complex includes 8 fires. By far the largest, the Nahahum Canyon Fire is of greatest concern. It has grown to 1500 acres. Homes above MP 3 remain under level 3 evacuation. But Anderson said the afternoon rains helped fire fighting efforts quite a bit. Crews will spend the evening assessing the situation and will update in the morning. One structure, an unoccupied single wide mobile home, has been destroyed. The other fires in the complex include the 70 acre Tripp Canyon fire, the 35 acre Devil's Gulch fire, and 5 very small spot fires. Listen above for more details.
