Meadowlark Affordable Housing Project Back On Track

A loss of an expected grant put the project on life support for a time, but it looks like the Meadowlark Affordable Housing Development is back on track in the upper Wenatchee Valley. The project would build 54 affordable houses just outside of Leavenworth, and received a considerable capital infusion from local leaders who want to make it a reality. KOHO’s Clint Strand talked with Upper Valley Mend’s Brian Thompson-Royer and John Agnew about the updated timeline, and when we might be able to see the dirt finally turn.
