CD Land Trust Buys Entiat River Salmon Habitat

Talking about the on-going efforts of the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust to preserve not only the pristine wilderness in our area, but also critical habitats for our native fish and wildlife populations. It’s been many years in the works, but the Trust has closed on purchasing land in the Stillwater reach of the Entiat River, about 25 miles up the Entiat Valley, all for salmon protection.
