Liquor Control Board Readying Legal Pot Rules

One of the most closely watched initiatives in the recent election was Washington State’s I-502, which legalized the sale and recreational use of marijuana. Voters solidly voted to pass the measure.
The people have spoken, and marijuana is now legal under Washington law. But it remains illegal under federal law. So the big question is: what next? Reporter Isaac Kaplan-Woolner asked that question to the Washington Liquor Control Board, which will oversee growth, distribution, and sale of marijuana.
