Junk Food Off the Menu at Wenatchee High

Bridget Dowd is one of the newest members of the KOHO news team.

Bridget is a senior at Wenatchee High School, the editor-in-chief for the Apple Leaf newspaper and now one of two

interns with the KOHO news department.

Big changes are taking place in the Wenatchee High School cafeteria.

Due to new state and federal regulations, school cafeterias must cut down on sugars and fats and increase fruits,

vegetables and whole grains.
