The Chiwawa Community Association is standing up to nightly rental owners. Werner agrees witht the move. What do you think?

Chiwawa Community Association did not initiate the law suit. Nine rental owners brought the suit to try to get the Association to overturn the covenants that have been in place since the 60's. The community voted in an attempt to allow rentals but a majority voted against allowing them.

I stand corrected.
For me it is most important that judge Small rules in favor of the Association and especially with the ruling that nightly rentals constitute commercial activity.
We need regulations in the County and not just for Associations.
