Douglas County Sheriff Harvey Gjesdahl penned an open letter to the community, acknowledging the need to stem gun violence in America, but cautioning against curtailing our civil liberties in the process. Gjesdahl read the letter on the KOHO Morning Show, and our own Clint Strand asked him about it.
