Chelan PUD GM John Janney Resigning

As first reported on KOHO yesterday, Chelan County PUD General Manager John Janney has tendered his resignation. The surprise announcement came in a PUD press release yesterday.
Janney has said he is leaving his post of the past 3 years to focus his time on family and faith. KOHO’s Isaac Kaplan-Woolner called the PUD’s top brass to try to find out more about why he is leaving the position, and what the future holds. Janney said he would stay at the PUD and help with transitioning and the search for the next GM until August 1st.
