Chelan County Sheriff Mike Harum announced today that he intends to run for re-election to a third term in office this fall. Harum has served two-terms as Chelan County’s top law enforcement officer. During that time he says crime has decreased by 40 percent. He says there have been fiscal challenges during his eight years in office particularly this year with the loss of 11 deputies cut from the budget . .
