the world of weed abatement Dr. Edgar Myers is considered a super hero. He doesn’t leap buildings in a single

bound But, Armed with an herbicide spray can, he diligently patrols Chelan County’s landscape for signs of Knapp

weed, flax, hogweed or any other invasive plants. Dr. Meyers is much admired for his volunteer efforts on behalf

of the Chelan County Noxious Weed Control Board and he was honored this week by his peers. Steve Hair reports . .
