An interstate manhunt is over. On Thursday, the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender

Task Force (PNVOTF) arrested three suspects in Chelan, who are believed to be involved in the murder of Daniel

Cortez-Cisneros of Richmond, Virginia.  Cortez-Cisneros was shot and killed outside a nightclub in Richmond

on June 11.
    An arrest warrant was issued in Richmond on June 15for Noel Garcia (Age 24)

and Evelin Jakelin Escalon-Murillo (Age 23) charging them with “Conspiracy to Commit First Degree

Murder”.   A third suspect, Everado George Dela Mora (Age 35), is believed to have driven the

other two suspects to Chelan.  He is charged with being an “Accessory After the Fact”, to the

    Robert Doty, Supervisory Deputy US Marshall Robert Doty joined KOHO by phone

after yesterday’s arrests.
    Doty said officers from Chelan County who joined the task

force were instrumental in making the arrests possible. He said it is unknown why the suspects traveled to Chelan.

They will be extradited to Virginia to face charges.
