2010 continued to show a stagnant real estate market in the Wenatchee Valley. But is there a light at the

end of the tunnel? A year-end look at the market shows last year finished below 2009 levels in many categories.

Steve Hair crunches the numbers . .

The dollar volume of homes sold was down 13%, the number of homes sold

was down 12% and the average home price fell 1%. But there’s light at the end of the tunnel according to one

market analyst. Greg Wright, former president of the Washington Association of Realtors says he’s seeing some

signs of stability . . .
