.  Douglas County Prosecutor and Coroner, Steve Clem announced today the results of Tuesday’s autopsy. Cowell’s death has been ruled a homicide based on findings from the autopsy, however, Clem says specifies regarding the cause of death will not be released at this time due to the ongoing investigation.  Cowell was reported missing since February 9^th, 2010 from Wenatchee.  A multi-agency task force continues its investigation. There have been no persons of interest or suspects identified at this time. Meanwhile Citizens are asked to call the tip line at (509)663-9911 with any information possibly related to this investigation. Specifically, investigators are asking for tips relating to any person or persons seen walking down from the Pitcher Canyon area towards Wenatchee along Squilchuck Highway or the southern portion of Methow St on Tuesday, February 9^th between the hours of 5 – 8PM.
