Owners of the Wenatchee Valley Mall in East Wenatchee are moving forward with their expansion plans. Construction of the new Olive Garden restaurant is nearing completion but that’s just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the mall’s future redevelopment. Wenatchee Bureau Chief Steve Hair chatted recently with a mall official about the project. Link Transit board members were also updated earlier this week on the Mall plans but no action was taken
