Officials with the Chelan/Douglas County Health District are preparing for another round of budget cuts next year. The financial ills that forced service cuts and layoffs at the public health agency this year could continue in 2010 according to a preliminary budget report presented to the Health District’s governing board on Monday. The Health District has seen a steady decline in State revenues over the past several years.
