What to eat in

the winter? It is cold and gray out there, but some folks are still eating fantastic local foods.  With a

cold-frame greenhouse, some root vegetable and squash storage, and fruits and veggies preserved from the harvest,

there is plenty to cook with. This week we visit The Parsons, who live in suburban Wenatchee and grow more that

1000 pounds of fruit each season in their small front yard alone. Find out about their catering, classes, food

subscription business, and cookbook at http://healthygourmet.blogspot.com/.
