Anthony Cuti, Duane Reade's former chief executive, and William Tennant, who served as chief financial officer, both asked the court to throw out their convictions. Conditions: Rock blasting related closures scheduled Monday through Thursday, starting at 5:30 p.m. and lasting one or more hours. During closures, crews will close I-90 in both directions from Gold Creek (milepost 56) to Price Creek (milepost 61). During blast closures, there are no services eastbound past milepost 53 at the summit or westbound past milepost 70 near Easton. This work is weather dependent and will be subject to change.
